Hiring: Accountant / Bookkeeper (Full-Time)

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Accountant / Bookkeeper to manage the accounting and financial reporting for our spa business.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain daily bookkeeping and accounting records.

* Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports.

* Reconcile bank accounts, sales, expenses, and payroll-related records.

* Monitor cash flow and financial performance.

* Work with management and CPA on financial reporting and tax preparation.

* Ensure accurate and timely financial records.

Requirements:

* Experience in bookkeeping and accounting.

* Knowledge of U.S. accounting practices.

* Experience with QuickBooks preferred.

* Experience in the spa, salon, retail, or service industry is a plus.

* Must be able to communicate fluently in English and Chinese (Mandarin).

* Responsible, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.

Position: Full-Time

Location: New York Office

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.

A bit underwhelming honestly. Getting around from here was very convenient. The space was smaller than it looked in the listing. Perfect for what we needed.
