I'm most adept with Quickbooks On-Line and Quicken. I'm handy with Excel. I've temped working in with golf and winery specific accounting software. I can pick up new accounting systems relatively easily.

Typically, I do books for disorganized people and small businesses.

I've done books for a dude-ranch/R.V. park up near Berryessa, an esthetician, a golf course, a go-cart company at Sears Point and an interior decorator and drapery company. I was also in the bar business for fourteen years and used QB and Excel spreadsheets to track sales, expenses and employee theft on a weekly and monthly basis. I also temped for three months at Duckhorn working with their A/R and collections. I worked a tax season with HR Block filing personal 1040’s and a handful of schedule C’s.

I'm happy to work anywhere, I charge for travel time if the distance is more than 30 minutes away from downtown Napa.
